Grand Rapids' Destination for Parties & Large Groups

We would love the opportunity to host your event! 

Here are a few policies we have set in place to ensure all guests have an amazing experience

Outdoor reservations begin May 1st and end September 31st (weather permitting)

• We require a reservation fee to hold your tables for the duration of your party. $100 Stage Deck, $200 Sun Deck, $300 Party Deck. This is a non-refundable fee and does not go towards your bill the night of your event (unless canceled 48 hours prior to event time).
• There is a 20 person minimum to reserve. 
  
• For our parties of 20-25 people, we have a limited food menu available (see below). For parties over 25 people, we require our buffet option (see below). All groups who enjoy our buffet option must pay for the food on one tab. 
• Drinks for parties can be on one tab or separate. The Score can provide drink tickets by request.
• Store bought and unopened desserts are allowed for private events.
• The Score will hold your reservation for 30 minutes after the start time. If this time passes, your reservation will be canceled. 
• No food or alcohol may be brought in from outside of The Score.
